Without a doubt the single most important event of 2002 for //digital things!
The new version of our battle-tested ecommerce software suite hits the ground running with enhanced performance and flexibility, a pro-active 'Security Manager' and an impressive array of new features, not to mention a brand-new user interface for the Administration Center. As this was not enough, the new version also has business to business ecommerce (B2B) capabilities. The new Platinum package enables larger companies to establish separate offerings based on customer type, including customer type-specific product categories, products, taxes, cross-sells, promotions and sales analysis reports. The new version also supports ACH (electronic checks), shipping by percentage of order amount, product private labeling and advanced kitting with automatic pre-selection of product quantities. The new 'search-engine friendly pages' format is now even more bandwidth-efficient!
New plug-ins are also available, including direct export to Mail Order Manager (MOM) format and a fully integrated, bi-directional integration package for MAS90.
