| On Hand | Quantity on hand. A red star (*) is displayed next to 'on-hand' values that are lower than the 'alarm level'. This indicates a critically low situation. |
| Alarm Level | Alarm threshold as specified in the product record. |
| Back-Order OK | Whether the system allows selling this product when inventory runs out. |
| Sold Last 7 days | This field indicates how many units of the corresponding product were sold in the last 30 days. This feature allows trend-based estimates for re-ordering. |
