Commission Report

V3.0 Coupon Report

The Coupon report allows tracking of coupon usage and performance.
By default, the system displays a global coupon report for the last 30 days.

*Parameter Name*	*Description*
Date Range	Enter the date range for which you want the report processed.
Coupon	Select a coupon or 'No Filter' to get a global report.

Command Button	Action
Run	Runs the report.
Print	Prints the data displayed on the screen.
Cancel	Exits the screen.

Report Fields (Global Report):

*Field Name*	*Description*
Coupon	Coupon code & name.
Apply/Expire	Coupon apply/expiration date.
Orders	Number of orders for this coupon.
Amount	Order amount for coupon.
Discount	Discount amount per coupon.

The report also displays the grand total and average/per day for each column.

Report Fields (Specific Coupon):

*Field Name*	*Description*
Location	Country/State of customer that used the selected coupon.
Completion Date	Completion date of the order.
Customer E-Mail	Customer e-mail if customer accepts mail-outs, 'Private' otherwise.
Order	Order number.
Amount	Order amount.
Discount	Discount amount.

The report also displays the grand total of orders, order amounts and discount amounts as well as sub-totals by location of use.
