The screen header displays the customer ID and the 'External Account Number' (if available). The 'external' account number is the customer's account number in the merchant's Accounting System (when integration exists between ezStore123/MerchantComplete and the merchant's Accounting System).

The information listed in this section is read-only and displays:
- The customer password.
- The current FrequentSurfer® account balance and number of FS coupons used by the customer. FrequentSurfer needs to be enabled for this information to be displayed.
Last Activity:
The information listed in this section is read-only and displays:
- Last date/time the customer was active and IP address used.
- Information about the last browser used.
This information is not displayed when the 'Tech Audit' feature is disabled. 'Tech Audit' is enabled by default and provides additional technical information about each order that can be used for troubleshooting browser or operating system compatibility issues.
