Please note that the various
functions are presented from top to bottom in the order needed for proper
application setup. For example, 'Merchant' is listed after 'Country' and
'State/Province' since the merchant requires 'Country' and/or 'State/Province' to be
setup first.
The following links are also
provided on the application tool bar:
- Home: Brings up your
web site using the URL provided in the 'Merchant' setup screen. Use this
feature to test any changes made to the database.
- Help: If you can read
this, you know what clicking on the 'Help' link does ;-)
When using the Admin Center,
clicking the main section
buttons expands the sub-menus. In the section below, all menus are shown
expanded for illustration purposes. In reality, the application expands only one menu at a time, automatically
collapsing other open menus. Only a few items will be displayed at a
time so you'll never again have to 'hunt and pick' between
numerous choices.
To access a menu item (such as 'Sales Tax'), simply click on it and the selected
screen (or a selection list if applicable) will be displayed.
|
The
'Business' section handles the various business-oriented settings. It
allows definition of supported countries and states, set up of sales tax
and shipping options and gives access to the Merchant configuration
screen. |
|

'Catalog' section handles product category (Category) and product
definition. ezStore123's product definitions follow industry
standards in order to provide an integration path to accounting systems
or other IT systems. |
|

product promotions, coupons, cross-sell options, referring associates and marketing-oriented
mass-mailing. |

receiving new orders, posting orders, etc, as well as various reporting
tasks. |
|
The

exporting, purging and system units setup, product page global
generation, shopping cart configuration, security, etc...
