However, two setup wizards are at your disposal should you need to complete or modify the original configuration:
1. Administration Setup Wizard:
This wizard is used to specify the base configuration for the store Administration Center. It is normally used only for initial configuration or when network or data server configuration changes are applied to the web site. The wizard comprises one screen divided in three sections:
- Database connection parameters & URLs used for the Admin Center.
- Admin Center default parameters for reports and other options.
- Configuration of file generation mechanism (if used and/or available).
To access this wizard:
Select the 'System->Admin Center Setup' menu item from the Admin Center menu.
Access to the wizard screen is protected by your regular user login and is normally reserved to store administrators.
Note that the Admin Wizard will automatically load if you access a store that is not correctly configured. This is the default behavior when the store is installed.
The wizard provides online help and generates the shopping cart configuration file.
2. Shopping Cart Setup Wizard:
This wizard is used to specify the base configuration for the shopping cart pages. It is normally used only for initial configuration or when network or data server configuration changes are applied to the web site.
To access this wizard:
Select the 'System->Shopping Cart Setup' menu item from the Admin Center menu. Access to this function is usually reserved to store administrators.
The wizard comprises one screen divided in 6 to 9 sections according to the editing mode selected (Standard or Advanced).
Standard:
- Database connection.
- System URLs.
- Company Information.
- Order Confirmation.
- Listing Control Parameters.
- Fonts & Colors.
Advanced:
- Order Control Parameters.
- Sales-Related Parameters.
- Miscellaneous Phrases.
